Got questions? We’ve got answers.

About the Program

  • This program is specifically designed for professional mothers feeling stuck in unfulfilling careers that no longer fit with who they are now and their family priorities. If you're confused about what to do next in your career, stuck in analysis paralysis, and unsure about what steps to take to get career clarity and make a career move happen, then yes, this program will work for you.

The program is highly personalized through 1:1 coaching, adapting to your unique situation, constraints, and goals. The structured approach works regardless of your professional or industry background, career stage, or how long you've been feeling unfulfilled in your career.

The key factor is your willingness to commit to making your career move happen and implement the framework and take strategic action (which I will help you do and achieve throughout the program!)

  • That's exactly what this program is designed to help you figure out! Many women come to me feeling completely lost about their next direction. We help you get clarity on what you want to do next, and then give you the skills, strategies and support you need so you can change careers effectively and efficiently.

  • While the program is excellent for complete career changes, it's equally valuable for Mums seeking a meaningful evolution of their current career, returning to work after a break, or looking to advance in their field while creating more alignment with their life as a mother. The core focus is on finding clarity and creating a strategic plan to work that truly fulfils you.

  • Three key differences set the PowerHER Pivot program apart:

    1. Structured framework specifically for mothers: This isn't generic career advice because that simply isn’t effective for ambitious mothers. It's a proven methodology built specifically for the unique challenges, constraints, opportunities and identity shifts mothers face.

    2. 360-degree hiring perspective: I bring rare insight as both a former executive recruiter and hiring manager, plus experience as a successful career-changer and career change coach for mothers. I know how hiring decisions are actually made and how you need to position yourself as a high-value hire.

    3. Clarity through strategic action: Instead of endless reflection (which leads to more confusion and overwhelm), we use career experiments to create real-world data to make evidence-based and confident career decisions.

  • By the end of the 16-week program, you can expect to:

    • Have crystal-clear clarity about your ideal career direction that aligns with both your professional ambitions and family priorities

    • Feel confident in your career decision without second-guessing yourself

    • Have a comprehensive, step-by-step action plan to make your career change happen

    • Know how to articulate and effectively position yourself as a high-value hire, even as a career changer with career gaps

    • Have updated standout self-marketing materials (resume, cover letter, (LinkedIn profile) that powerfully communicate your value

    • Have expanded your network significantly with strategic connections in your target field

The long-term impact includes a realigned upward career trajectory with 15-25% higher lifetime earning potential, recognition for the unique valuable perspective that your diverse experience brings to professional contexts, and the skills to design and redesign your career as you and your children grow and your priorities continue to evolve.

  • Most clients experience significant mindset shifts and clarity breakthroughs within the first 3-4 weeks of the program. By the midpoint of the program, you'll have completed your Career Clarity Compass™ and identified your top career pivot ideas to design career experiments around.

The timeline for landing a new role varies depending on your industry, the extent of your desired change, and how much time you can dedicate to implementation. Most clients who fully commit to the process and follow the framework land new roles within 3-7 months of starting the program. This is SIGNIFICANTLY faster than the average 12+ months for career changers without structured guidance.

  • The PowerHER Pivot methodology has been successfully applied across diverse industries and professions. The principles of clarity, strategic experimentation, and powerful positioning are universal, while the specific application is tailored to your unique situation.

During your complimentary Strategy Session, we can discuss your specific situation to determine if the program is right for you.

  • Item descriptionIn most cases, no. One of the biggest myths about career changes is that you’ll be required to start over or get more credentials.

In reality however, there are few professions that require specific credentials or licensing (like medicine or law) where complete career changes may require additional formal education but even in these cases, we identify the minimum viable pathway and adjacent roles that leverage your existing expertise without requiring extensive retraining.

Getting started

  • You're ready when:

    • You find yourself repeatedly thinking about a career change but never making progress

    • You're tired of the work you’re doing

    • You want more from your professional life

    • You're willing to commit to consistent small guided actions toward clarity

    • You recognize that waiting for the "more time" or "less chaos" means potentially waiting for way too long (what a waste of your precious life)

Most mothers I work with tell me they wish they had started sooner. Because the program is designed by a mother for mothers, it’s designed to work within the constraints of motherhood. You don't need to wait until your life magically becomes less busy to get results.

  • The first step is a complimentary Career Strategy Session where we'll:

    1. Identify exactly what's keeping you stuck in your current career situation

    2. Explore whether the PowerHER Pivot program is the right fit for your specific needs

    3. Create a clear action plan for your next steps, regardless of whether we work together

After this call, if we both agree the program is the right fit, I'll share the enrolment details and we can get started straight away.

  • The program requires approximately 3-4 hours per week, including:

    • 45-minute coaching sessions (bi-weekly)

    • Implementation time for workbooks, exercises and career experimentation activities (at least 2-3 hours per week broken up into micro time-blocks, which we show you how to create in your schedule, regardless of how full it might already seem!)

  • Your coaching calls are scheduled to fit around your family and work commitments.

  • You can reschedule sessions if and when life inevitably throws curveballs (sick children, work emergencies, etc.) - because we understand the practical realities of motherhood! We offer a flexible rescheduling policy within 24-hours notice. Our goal is to make this sustainable within your real life, not add more stress to it.

  • If we determine the program is the right fit during your Strategy Session, you can typically start within 1-2 weeks. Because I work with a limited number of clients at a time to ensure personalized attention, sometimes I have a waitlist. We can discuss what works best for you during your complimentary call.

  • The PowerHER Pivot Program is $2,500 USD. Payment plans are also available.

  • Yes - I’m so certain of our provenPowerHER Pivot methodology that I offer a guarantee. If you show up consistently, complete the workbooks and exercises and engage fully in the process, if by the end of our program you haven't identified at least one aligned, exciting career option that genuinely excites you, I'll continue coaching you at no additional cost until you achieve that clarity.

Your success is my priority, and I'm willing to extend my support to make sure you get there.

Real talk 👇

Let’s dive deeper into the real issues here…

  • Most of my clients come to me after they’ve tried to figure out what they want to do next, and are unable to.

Often, their idea of ‘trying’ to discover what they want to do next consists of them scrolling through job boards or LinkedIn, with no real strategy or plan, hoping that their dream career will miraculously pop up on their screen and make all their career dreams come true.

They might even try to speak to someone about an area they might be interested in, but then not know how to leverage that conversation, so it becomes a dead-end.

Others think that somehow their dream job will come knocking on their door.

Many clients with previous careers in areas such as the law, accounting, management consulting etc almost expect their next career change to come knocking on their door, because they haven’t had to ‘try’ to find jobs in the past, or there was always some sort of career path set out for them in their previous profession.

The truth is this: Things don’t happen by chance, they happen by CHANGE.

Are you happy with the results in your career right now?

If not, you need to CHANGE what you’re doing because what you’re doing now isn’t working. You’re not where you want to be. It’s as simple as that.

If you could do it alone you would’ve done it by now.

Other Mums don’t start looking because they are in a state of overwhelm.

How do I figure out what to do next? And then once I figure that out, how do I get a job?!

They come to me because they don’t know the ‘how’.

I will show you the HOW.

Finally, we are not supposed to go through a career change alone!

Just like raising a child ‘takes a village’, so too does a career change.

Jobs are attached to people, not a company. People do business with people.

I’ll show you how to create that village.

  • Many Mums come to me after discussing their career concerns with friends or family. And whilst friends and family ‘helping you’ with this may be coming from a good place, their own biases and beliefs often impact their ability to support you.

Coaching provides the space and structure necessary for personal and professional reflection, learning and growth, which is essential to changing careers.

A coach is focused solely on YOU and what you need to move forward to achieve what you want.

  • Us Mums think this ALL the time, no matter how much money we have.

We would rather spend money on our children, on our house, on anything except ourselves.

Investing in yourself IS investing in your children.

If you want to show up as the best version of yourself and the best mother to your children, you need to invest in yourself.

Your future is determined by your willingness to invest in yourself now.

    Money is a resource.

Don’t put the power into money, put it into YOU to become more resourceful and create the career and life that you want.

Also, consider this investment in three dimensions:

Time: Without structured guidance, the average career change takes 12+ months at least of scattered efforts (not to mention MANY mothers (if not years) of confusion and overwhelm trying to go at it alone). This program typically reduces that to 3-7 months of focused action, saving you countless hours of rumination, research and misdirected efforts.

Financial: If the program helps you secure a position paying just $5,000 more annually (not to mention career fulfilment and alignment with your priorities), it pays for itself (and then some!) in the first year, plus then compounds each year thereafter.

Life quality: The cost of remaining in work that doesn’t fulfil you and drains your energy is paid daily: in constant exhaustion and anxiety, in growing resentment that affects your children and family, in your own mental health and well-being, in the impact you’re not making (that you want to make) in the work you do, and in the example you’re setting for your children (role modelling ‘settling’ and career resignation or modelling ambition, career excitement and fulfilment about what's possible).

  • I’m happy to speak with them to help them understand how I can help you, get them involved in the process and allow them to ask any questions they may have.

  • The word ‘busy’ might be the most common word us Mums say, or at least think about ourselves and our life.

Let me use this opportunity to coach you - what feeling does saying and thinking that you’re ‘too busy’ create for you?

    Overwhelm. Anxiety. Stress.

And how do you show up in your life when you’re constantly feeling overwhelmed, anxious and stressed?

    Happy, productive, effective?

    Probably not.

Saying you’re ‘too busy’ does not help you in any way.

We make time for what is important to us.

Is happiness and fulfilment in your career and life important to you?

How will your life look in 12 months if you don’t make a change? How about 2 years? How about 5 years?

There is never a good or ‘right’ time to make a career change.

If you try waiting for the perfect time, you just won’t end up doing it.

Trust me, I’ve seen this countless times.

You may also be saying you’re too busy right now because you are overwhelmed about not knowing where to start with your potential career change, not because you’re actually ‘too busy’.

Consider making this a priority and see how solutions come to your mind.
