Recruiter. Lawyer. CEO. Career Strategist. Mother. I’ve reinvented myself more than once.

I've changed careers multiple times as a mother, navigating from law firm offices to nonprofit leadership to entrepreneurship.

Throughout this journey, I had a seat on both sides of the hiring table - both as an Executive Recruiter in NYC and as a Hiring Manager myself.

What shocked me most was seeing talented, goal-getting women completely diminish themselves and their experiences after becoming mothers. They were apologetic about the time spent away from their career, willing to settle for career crumbs, and their confidence had taken a major hit. 

As someone who had landed competitive roles by strategically positioning my diverse professional background and maternal experiences as a competitive advantage, it broke my heart that these women felt LESS powerful, impressive, and downright valuable to an organisation after bringing literal life into the world!

However, after experiencing first-hand the burnout and breakdown of landing a role in a no-longer-aligned context, I realised that it wasn’t enough for mothers to get a good job on paper. They needed to land THE job that would actually give them energy, not drain every last drop before they got home. 

After mastering the art of designing fulfilling roles tailored to my strengths - pitching and creating positions that didn't previously exist in multiple organizations - I knew I wanted to equip every woman I knew with the same skillset.

From mentoring and coaching women in my inner circle to now creating a global community of absolute powerhouse mothers worldwide, I've now helped countless ambitious mothers land fulfilling roles that complement their family life rather than competing with it.
